SBC (Shopify Bookkeeping Connect) collects only the data necessary for accounting sync: basic Shopify store information, daily payout transaction data, and QuickBooks Online account mappings that you specify.

2. Data Usage

We use authorized data to: summarize daily payout data, generate accounting journal entries, and push them to your QuickBooks Online account. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure servers. We retain only essential accounting sync data and do not store any customer personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party unless required by law.

5. Data Deletion

When you uninstall the SBC app, all data related to your store will be automatically deleted. You may also contact us at any time to request data deletion.
