1. Service Description

SBC is a Shopify app that helps merchants automatically sync daily Shopify settlement data to QuickBooks Online.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Shopify and QuickBooks Online authorizations valid. SBC is not liable for sync interruptions caused by expired authorizations.

3. Subscription & Fees

This app offers a free trial period. After the trial, monthly fees apply based on your chosen plan. Charges are processed through the Shopify billing system. You can cancel at any time in your Shopify admin.

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain normal service, but are not responsible for data delays or loss caused by third-party service (Shopify, QuickBooks) interruptions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SBC is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of this app. You should verify the accuracy of accounting data before submission.

6. Terms Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
